Leaves oblong-spathulate, crenately lobed, obtuse. Pedicels bracteolate above the middle. Flowers yellow or violet, the petals much exceeding the sepals, the corolla spur exceeding the sepal appendages, lower petal 15-23 mm. Fl. 5-8. Grassy slopes, woods, 1250-2000 m
