Differs from A. aizoides in being more robust, the racemes longer, 10-15-fruited, petals 1-2 mm wide, bifid, the lobes parallel, not divergent, siliculae 4,5-9 x 3-4,5 mm, and the styles 2-3 mm. Fl. 5-6. Screes and steppe, 1500-2700 m.
Endemic. Allied to A. aizoides and A. caespitosum.
